The Russian language is great, powerful, rich and diverse.

The number of people wishing to learn Russian in Bulgaria is increasing year by year, despite the fact that it is one of the most difficult languages ​​to learn. To read Pushkin, Lermontov and Dostoyevsky in the original, you need to learn Russian. With us, you will take the first steps on a long road, preparing a solid foundation for future success.

The process of teaching Russian as a foreign language is developed taking into account the age, educational and individual characteristics of students.

The training is based on a communicative teaching methodology.

In the process of learning, students encounter situations that await them in real life, which helps to learn Russian in a fun and original way. In this way, good, sustainable results are achieved.

The choice of the methodology is motivated by the fact that it meets the standards for learning Russian as a foreign language, is built taking into account the principles of consistency, accessibility and continuity, contributes to the development of students’ communicative competence and provides conditions for the application of practical orientation .

In the process of learning Russian, we set the following goals:

– formation of communication skills in Russian, taking into account speech abilities and needs, elementary communication skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing;

– ensuring the communicative adaptation of students in the initial stage of education to the new linguistic world in order to overcome the language barrier in the future;

– introducing students to Russian peers, Russian children’s folklore and fiction;

– conducting international initiatives with the active participation of students.

All students from 1 to 7. class have the opportunity to study Russian as an extracurricular activity in the Russian language club.

Projects and cultural exchange in the club “Russian language”


1. Training according to the State educational standards and curricula;
2. Upgrading the knowledge and skills in mathematics and Bulgarian language by expanding the curriculum with additional collections and manuals;
3. Intensive foreign language training with a choice of Chinese and Russian with hours 10 per week for primary and lower secondary stage and 18 hours per week for secondary stage;
4. English language training as a second foreign language, from a preparatory group and 1. class up to 12. class;
5. Practical use of the acquired knowledge and skills through work on group projects;
6. Individual profiling depending on the interests of the student by inclusion in various clubs by interests – piano, logic tasks, foreign languages, karate, dance, etc .;
7. Development of critical thinking skills as a key competence of our time;
8. Development of audience speaking skills and presentation skills;
9. Development of soft skills – personal habits, language, way of communication, task management, relationships with classmates, parents and teachers;
10. Selected and motivating learning environment.
